This was a 2016 short at less than 5 minutes and directed by Joffre Taylor. It starts with two guys chatting but their status as ne’er-do-wells becomes apparent when they see a woman go past and follow.
They get down to ground level, but the woman has gone. One of the men, Chris, moves back to have a pee. His mate isn’t looking and so misses when a blur grabs Chris and drags him off. The other man is looking for Chris when the woman, bloodied mouth, starts coming towards him. He swings a punch but she stops it and is soon feeding on him…

There is a coda to these vampiric shenanigans, because one of the men has turned… Quick, simple and does what it sets out to. This one does not have an IMDb page but the film itself is available to watch on YouTube and can be found here.
