Real Vampire?

I don’t often look too deeply at the folklore vampire on this page – being more focused on the literary and celluloid versions – but I found this New Scientist article about the discovery of the remains of an alleged vampire fascinating and had to share (whether the allegation was likely when the woman died or now remains to be seen).

Many thanks to Crabstix for alerting me to the article.

Of course, she may merely have been a vicious gossip, a glutton, or a whore notorious for her (poor) technique at fellatio! (Or perhaps an early Pink Floyd fan? "All in all just another brick in the maw!" No? lol)

Anyway, the vampire explanation is as about as likely as Stonehenge originally being a used chariot warehouse!
