The run up to Halloween often sees some goodies appearing on DVD. According to Cinematical September 12th will see the release of Crypt of the Vampire staring Christopher Lee.
From 1963, this is a vampire and witch possession type movie that is based on Carmilla and sees Lee as the hunter of the vampire.

I love Halloween because of releases such a this! I've never seen The Crypt of the Vampire, so I'm looking forward to it.
I've never seen it either... looks like one for import - there's no sign of a region 2 release
