I’ve been contacted by the guys at Jellyfish Game Studios about their forthcoming card-based game, Vamp on the Batwalk. As they say in the press release:
Vamp on the Batwalk offers a fresh take on the very popular trick-taking genre.
In Vamp on the Batwalk, you play the role of "vamps" attempting to outperform each other in a fashion show.
Like most trick-taking games, you go around the table attempting to play your best card each round, but what makes Vamp on the Batwalk unique is that you can’t see the exact value of your cards until you play them (you are a vampire after all, which means you can’t see how good you look in the mirror!). Although you are only able to see the suit of your own cards, you can see the value and suit of all your opponents’ cards!
