I Am Legend - pics

As we keep an eye on potential disaster, I Am Legend, Upcoming Horror have posted links to behind the scene shots. Picture a 'vampire' on set.

Huh? "this blog is designed for the mature reader". Hmmmm.
I always thought this monster stuff was for the kids. After a certain age adults don't get scared, kids on the other hand love this stuff -- being eaten is central to our children story tales (Hansel and Gretal, L.R.Ridinghood, trolls, dragons, gremlins, etc.) No,I wouldn't direct your blog to the "mature", it's really for pre-adolescent.

Hi Rick

Obviously you are adolescent (as your pseudo-intelectual post indicates), as an adult you would know that mature is of a nature that as a parent you would be cautious of allowing your children to read.

If you don't like - don't flame, just don't read.

I will add - as I may have been unfair, that the vampire genre is not just about being eaten - as such.

There is a sexual overtone, there are gore aspects. I have taken the conscious decision not to show (semi)sexual pictures, but I do mention sexual aspects and certainly show gore screenshots at times.

As I parent, I don't want my son exposed to this in his tender years, my choice and not to be commented on, so I offer a warning on the sight as a way of indicating that this is for a more adult sensibility. There is a difference between, looking at children's stories, saying the giant ate the beanstalk climber and seeing each strip of flesh devoured from the bone as the, soon to be ex, beanstalker climber has his tissue stripped from the bone.

Plus, often, the films I discuss are of a UK 18 certificate - for mature (allegedly) viewers only.

Rick, Taliesin is right to do what he has done on this site, which is to offer a warning to readers(who could be of any age) that there is adult or more mature orientated content on this site - just look at Emmanuelle vs. Dracula and some of the screens screens from Vampire Wars.

Car stunts? Smith really is trying to ruin another classic, the way he ruined I, Robot.

Hi Mateo, I guess that is something we both know the answer to....
